Return Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Cancellation policy :

Pre-dispatch:
If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, You can directly log-in and cancel your order from your account till 6 hours after placing an order.

Post dispatch:
Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Don’t Fit into what never fits …..

1. We offer a 10-day return policy for your convenience. If you’re unsatisfied with your product, you can initiate a return.
2. Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
3. The first exchange is complimentary. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.50.
4. Certain Products which are titled under “No Returns or exchanges” in the product page, are not eligible for any returns or refunds.
5. Once the return/exchange is initiated, our team will collect the order from your doorstep in 2-3 working days.

Refund Policy:

We Value your Hard Earned Money…. Don’t Worry !!!!

1. Both Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for refunds.
2. Refund will be processed after all the verifications, through Original Payment Method / NEFT  within 3-4 working days.
3. Sale products marked as “Limited offers “or ‘No returns ‘or Bulk offers’ are non-refundable and may only be returned for store credit; however, exchanges are available for the same for the period of 10 days.

Please Note: 

1. All claims require an unboxing video of the product upon shipment to be considered valid. We strongly advise our customers to record an unboxing video of their Hugrey product upon delivery.
2. If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email support@Hugrey.com or Whatsapp number +91-8807614513 with accompanying images and videos of the product within 1 day or delivery receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
