  • Free Shipping: For orders above a certain price(Mentioned FREE SHIPPING for specific products), free standard shipping is provided within India.

  • Hugrey currently ships to most locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • If your location is outside our serviceable area, we will contact you for an alternative address or order cancellation.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to check your order’s status on the shipping carrier’s website.

  • Pre-Dispatch Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at support@hugrey.comwithin 6 hours of placing your order.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, we cannot alter the address. Inaccurate addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries.
  1. Missed or Failed Deliveries
  • Attempts: Our shipping partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-shipment Fees: If you request a re-delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please email support@hugrey.com or contact us through WhatsApp support within 2 days of receiving the item(s) with photos and details of the issue. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
